I did get a call back in a few days. They scheduled me in a few days out, and the airbags were replaced today. They asked me if I wanted to wait on it, and since I figured it would be quite awhile, I had them shuttle me to work. Got a call not even an hour later saying it was done. Color me impressed. The service was fantastic except for that very first phone call where I felt like they were blowing me off. Turns out, they actually have this thing down to an absolute science. The service advisor told me that they have 800 airbags in stock!
